test Residential Asbestos Roof Replacement and Upgrade
This project involved the full roof renovation of a single-storey family home in Maharagama. The existing roof, comprising aged asbestos cement sheets and partially damaged timber trusses, had led to persistent leaks, heat buildup, and safety concerns. Jayasekara Constructions was engaged to demolish the old roof and construct a completely new roofing system.
